Legal Service Plan, Inc.

If you have legal questions from time to time, membership in the Legal Service Plan provides legal counsel with a simple phone call. The Legal Service Plan is available exclusively to credit union members at a single yearly participation fee and provides a number of legal services of interest to most individuals:

Simple will—have a will drawn up for yourself or your spouse and update it annually at no additional charge.

Legal advice and consultation—a toll-free telephone number will provide access to a network of approximately 200 attorneys with 80 respected legal firms. Your first contact is with an Access Attorney who can provide immediate assistance.

Legal letters and phone calls—a letter written or phone call made on your behalf by an Access Attorney may be enough to prevent or settle a legal problem in your favor.

Simple document review—your Access Attorney will review leases, retail and residential purchase agreements, loan agreements or other simple documents at no additional charge.

Special reduced fees—if your problem requires more extensive representation, a Referral Attorney from the statewide network will represent you at an hourly rate significantly below what is normally charged in your area. You will receive professional service from an attorney best suited to solve your particular problem.

Reduced Fees on Real Estate Closings —your legal closing costs will be competitively low when a Plan Attorney represents you.
